Case study:
web application for state property data management.

The client: a Russian state land and property management company.

The problem: the company suffered disorder in property data and information about property deals. The data was stored in various third party information systems. This caused difficulties in reports preparation.

The solution: After deep analysis of business processes by our analytics team we created a Java web app. The app contained an online municipal property register, corresponding to Russian law and internal authority procedures. We also developed a unique data transfer API for the third party information systems (Treasury, state executive bodies).

The solution allowed to improve data collection from third parties and reduce the operational costs of the organization.

Case study:
a video surveillance software with remote control.

The client: a government road monitoring and control institution.

The problem: The road monitoring (video surveillance) system was implemented without ability to control the system in a remote way.

The solution: To ensure the remote roads and road events control we developed iOS/Android mobile solutions with geo location functionality. The UX design was a part of this job. The apps improved the video surveillance monitoring for the management of the institution and made the data exchange and reporting between departments easier.
